    無錫市金仕精密鑄造廠創(chuàng)辦于1999年，位于風景秀麗的太湖之畔十八灣-楊灣，胡埭鎮(zhèn)富安村，旁靠靈山大佛風景區(qū)，離上海139公里。占地面積15畝，擁有標準廠房6個。是一家專業(yè)熔模鑄造廠。主要采用低溫蠟水玻璃精密鑄造和中溫蠟硅溶膠精密鑄造以及復合三種工藝。

    我們合作過的知名客戶有：費斯托，西門子，李斯特，華歐，康茂盛，鶴見泵業(yè)，中國鐵建，基伊埃，卡斯卡特，澤恩，阿特拉斯，等等
    主要產品從類別上分為：1、國外石化、工程、船用行業(yè)鑄件：如葉輪、泵、閥、地漏、法蘭等，主要出口美國、臺灣及歐洲地區(qū)及日本；2、傳動機械零件：如萬向軸叉頭、聯(lián)軸節(jié)鑄件；3、食品行業(yè)鑄件；4、汽車行業(yè)零件；5、工程配件、鍋爐配件；6、汽車生產線物流配件等。從材質上分有：1、普碳鋼：如Wcb、Wcc、ZG270-500等；2、合金鋼（Cr-Mo-Ni)：如8620、4140、ZG35CrMo；3、不銹鋼：如1Cr18Ni9、304(CF8)、316(CF8M)、316L(CF3M)、雙相不銹鋼如S31803、1.4460等；4、耐熱鋼如0Cr25Ni20、A297(HK)等；5、銅、鋁鑄件如C83600、A356等等。材質元素采用跟蹤方式，具體執(zhí)行按GB、ASTM、BS、ISO、JIS、DIN等標準。鑄件重量可以做到0.003kg到269kg。
    我廠在質量管理上實現(xiàn)了全面質量管理，并通過ISO9001:2000標準認證，每年都通過無錫市產品質量監(jiān)督檢驗所檢驗，成品合格率一直控制在93%以上。

    Wuxi Jinshi Precision Casting Factory was founded in 1999, located at Fuan Village, Hudai Town, and at Yang Crook, one of Eighteen Crooks of beautiful Taihu Lake, near Lingshan Grand Buddha scenic area, within 139 KM of ShangHai,covering an area of 2.49 acres and owning 6 standard workshops. It is a professional investment casting factory and mainly uses three technologies such as low-temperature wax sodium silicate precision casting, middle-temperature wax silica sol precision casting and compound. 
    Our well-known customers are FESTO,SIEMENS,AVL,SinoScan,CAMOZZI,TSURUMI PUMP,CRCC,GEA,Cascade,ZURN,Atlas Copco,etc.
   From categories the main products can be divided into: 1. Castings used in the foreign petrochemical, engineering & marine industries: such as impeller, pump, valve, floor drain, flange etc. They are mainly exported to the areas such as USA, Taiwan & European Regions and Japan; 2. Parts of mechanical transmission: such as universal yoke , coupling casting; 3. Castings used in the food industry; 4. Parts used in the auto industry; 5. Project accessories, boiler accessories; 6. Logistics accessories etc in the auto production line. From materials the main products can be divided into: 1. Straight carbon steel: such as Wcb, Wcc, ZG270-500 etc; 2. Alloy steel (Cr-Mo-Ni): such as 8620, 4140, ZG35CrMo; 3. Stainless steel: such as 1Cr18Ni9, 304(CF8), 316(CF8M) & 316L(CF3M); duplex phase stainless steel: such as S31803, 1.4460 etc; 4. Heat-resistant steel: such as 0Cr25Ni20, A297 (HK) etc; 5. Copper casting & aluminum casting: such as C83600, A356 etc. The material element can use the tracking mode and the specific implementation should be in terms of standards such as GB, ASTM, BS, ISO, JIS, DIN etc. The casting weight can be variable from 0.003kg to 269kg.
