2019年10月30日-11月1日，第十五屆中國(guó)（上海）國(guó)際鑄造展覽會(huì)\第十五屆中國(guó)（上海）國(guó)際鑄件產(chǎn)品展，我公司將攜帶樣品參加展出，屆時(shí)歡迎各位行業(yè)人士來我司展臺(tái)參觀、洽談。
河北碩凱鑄造有限公司 網(wǎng)址：http://www.skzz.cn河北碩凱鑄造有限公司成立于2012年1月，設(shè)計(jì)年產(chǎn)能20000噸。我公司位于扁鵲行醫(yī)圣地河北省邢臺(tái)市內(nèi)丘工業(yè)園區(qū)，毗鄰G4京港澳及京廣線高鐵，隨著邢臺(tái)東站的建成，去往北京、天津、石家莊、鄭州等地區(qū)高鐵2小時(shí)以內(nèi)直達(dá)，提供了便利的交通條件。 一期項(xiàng)目共投資8000萬元，占地面積60畝，其中主鑄造車間面積12，000平方米，機(jī)加工車間涉及面積1400平方米，2018年木型機(jī)床產(chǎn)品成功進(jìn)入美國(guó)市場(chǎng)。 公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備先進(jìn)、生產(chǎn)工藝科學(xué)、檢測(cè)手段齊全，木型鑄件采用機(jī)械化樹脂砂造型，中頻電爐熔煉，灰鐵、球鐵及合金鑄鐵均可生產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)品重量從幾十公斤到20噸不等，可用于批量訂單生產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)品尺寸誤差小，內(nèi)部組織均勻，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。 二期工程預(yù)計(jì)投資8000萬元，采用3D打印技術(shù)，自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)模式，設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)能10000噸/年，專門從事出口鑄件生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)。 Hebei Shuokai Casting Co., Ltd.,was established in 2012,with annual production capacity of 20000 tons. The company is located in the Neiqiu Industrial park,Xingtai City,Hebei Province,China,and closely locates with G4 expressway and Beijing-Guangzhou high speed railway.The transportation is convenient,only take less than 2 hours to Beijing,Tianjin,Shijiazhuang and Zhengzhou city. The first phase of project invested 80 million Yuan and covered an area of 60 Mu,including the main casting workshop with an area of 12,000 square meters and the machining workshop with a design area of 1,400 square meters.In 2018,our machine tool casting entered the USA market successfully. We possess the advanced production equipment,scientific manufacturing technique and the complete inspection methods.The machine tool casting adopts the mechanized type casting resin sand moulding,intermediate frequency electric furnace smelting.Gray iron,ductile iron and alloy cast iron can call be produced.Product weight can range from a few kilograms to 20 tons.we can offer bulk orders,production.Product size error is small,internal organization is uniform and the quality is stable. The second phase of the project is expected to invest 80 million Yuan, adopting 3D printing technology,automatic production mode.Design capacity can be up to 10,000 tons per year,specializing in export of casting production business. |
