Being the pioneering lost wax casting foundry in China to develop 3D shell mold prototype technology, we possess the capability to rapidly prototype intricate parts using this advanced technology. In terms of production processes, we employ cutting-edge equipment such as automatic dipping shell making processes, industrial robot arms, vacuum melting furnaces, CNC numerical control machines, vacuum dryers, metallographic analyzers, three-dimensional and two-dimensional measuring machine, projectors, as well as a German spectro spectrum analyzer. The products are mainly used in: auto parts, oil field equipment, mechanical parts, pneumatic, electric, hand tools and construction hardware, craft jewelry, etc. The main product materials are: austenitic 300 series stainless steel, martensitic 400 series stainless steel, precipitation hardening Type stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, two-way steel, cobalt-based alloy, low-carbon alloy steel, high-carbon alloy steel, tool steel, heat-resistant steel, etc.
